Perinatal Center of Iowa (PCI) physicians, Dr. Neil Mandsager and Dr. Joseph Hwang, are the only perinatologists in central Iowa that offer complete care during pregnancy, including delivery.

PCI physicians work closely with primary care providers to develop a care management plan tailored to each patient’s individual needs and history. If complications arise, PCI is able to lead the case management, if necessary.

Mercy’s Maternity Triage and Treatment Unit, a Level III antepartum unit, is also available if the need arises.
